Building off the positive reception they received at SXSW and Coachella the British band Savages played before a large crowd at Neumos, in Seattle, Wa. Their edgy raw sound has won over many fans in the Seattle community. Take a listen to their inspired performance at KEXP earlier in the day.

The band Savages enjoys playing in the dark this fact forced push my cameras ISO settings in order to capture anything usable. Equipped with a 27-70 lens I attempted to maintain my settings at 1/125 @ f/3.5. This proved to be a real chalenge and ended up pushing my ISO into the 12800 -> 25600 range. Thankfully Canon greatly improved their high ISO capabilities with the release of 5d Mk III, I highly doubt I would have been able to shoot this show using a 5d Mk II.
